Personal Shopping is currently available in Manchester, Trafford Centre, Liverpool One. All gift certificates are non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash in full or part. Gift Certificates that do not cover the full value of a service will be deducted from the total price of any My Style Companion service and seen as a contribution in part towards a full service. Gift Certificates Policy

How does the recipient of the gift book the appointment?

The recipient of the gift certificate can call or email us to book their appointment with us any time between Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm. We recommend they book their appointment at the very least 2 weeks in advance to ensure the best chance of accommodating them. It is the responsibility of the bearer of the gift certificate to make an appointment with My Style Companion and therefore My Style Companion cannot be responsible for expired gift certificates.

When will it be delivered and where to?

When ordering a gift certificate, please allow adequate time for processing and delivery by 1st Class post. It is highly unlikely we can provide gift certificates in less than 48 hours so please call us on 01625 508 264 or email info@mystylecompanion.com if you are unsure about delivery, and we’ll see if we can find a solution to your challenge! Please also ensure that you let us know whether you would like the gift certificate sending to you OR whether you would like it presented in a card from you, sent directly to the lucky person who is receiving the gift.

Where do gift certificates cover geographically?

Currently My Style Companion operate within the North West region of the UK, mainly East Cheshire, Manchester, Wirral, Staffordshire,  however we also offer appointments in North Wales, Chester, Lancashire, Liverpool and Merseyside as well as some areas in Derbyshire, Gloucestershire, Milton Keynes and Leeds. This list is intended as a guide only, so please contact us to check if we provide services in your area if you are unsure, as we recruit new stylists and personal shoppers regularlyTravel expenses for our stylists may be extra if the client (recipient of the gift voucher) is based outside of areas covered by our stylists. These are charged at 40p per mile return journey. The agreed amount is to be paid to the stylist on the day.  You can pay for the travel expenses yourself as part of the gift voucher - please inform us if you wish to do so at the time of booking by emailing us or calling us. We will make every endeavour to match you with a stylist based close to you if possible to keep travel expenses to a minimum.  If My Style Companion is unable to fulfil an order due to geographic location, a refund will be offered subject to our cancellation terms. Please call or email us if you are unsure about geographical location of services provided. 

Exchanges & Refunds

Gift certificates may not be exchanged for cash in either full or part and are only redeemable in the geographical areas outlined unless confirmed in writing by My Style Companion. Gift certificates represent a particular My Style Companion service or value only and are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Gift certificates can not be replaced if lost or stolen. If you purchase a personal styling gift voucher and find it to be unsuitable for the recipient, we will be happy to refund you up to 28 days from the date of purchase, minus a £50 administration fee.
