How do I book an appointment?
You can get in touch with any Style Companions on our website where there are contact details displayed. Alternatively you can call My Style Companion Head Office, and we can help you with your enquiry, and organise the appointment for you.

What happens after I have booked my appointment?
One a date has been confirmed for your appointment with a Style Companion, either through our Head Office, or with a Style Companion themselves, you will receive a confirmation letter and invoice. We request that payment is made at the time of booking in order to confirm your appointment; however as all of our Style Companions run their own businesses independently, they may have different terms and conditions.

How can I pay for my appointment?
If you are booking directly with a Style Companion that you found in our directory, they may have particular methods of payment. If you book directly with My Style Companion Head Office, you can pay online with any major credit or debit card.

Can you provide weekend or evening appointments?
We can provide weekend and evening appointments for wardrobe consultations (dependant on availability) however for personal shopping, we recommend all appointments are conducted on weekdays (preferably in term time) to ensure that My Style Companion can give you the best possible service and provide the most relaxing day (well, as relaxing as shopping ever is!)

Is there a waiting list?
My Style Companion appointments can get booked up weeks in advance during busy periods so it is always best to book in advance. Sometimes last minute appointments may be available, but this is very rare. If you would like a particular day or time, it is better to book as early as possible to ensure we can meet your requirements.

If you are looking to book an appoinment directly with Nicola Cupples, Founder of My Style Companion, there may be a wait of 1 - 2 months.

Do you do hen parties or group styling sessions?
Yes My Style Companion has done lots of group styling sessions and fun styling master-classes which are perfect for birthdays, hen parties, ladies groups, get togethers and corporate staff development days.

Yes. Although My Style Companion mainly caters for women we have male clients on our books as well. We do not; however offer wardrobe consultations for men.
