Personal Shopping Manchester
Manchester is one of the best cities for personal shopping! I love the buzz of the city and it’s certainly handy having both a Selfridges and Harvey Nicks so close at hand so those luxury buys that clients are after.
I get clients from all over the UK coming to shop with me in Manchester, including some regulars who come over twice a year from other countries just for the weekend to shop with me and update their wardrobes. Many women find it overwhelming with so much choice when it comes to fashion these days; and tend to come home with nothing or everything when they shop themselves. However I take my clients on a personal shopping trip in Manchester – we have a plan to ensure success AND I know where to find the things we need!
For many of my clients personal shopping can save them time, stress and frustration and ensures they have a wardrobe they LOVE to wear; not just a wardrobe full of clothes. I shop independently of any shops, brands or stores – I only use the shops I know will be the best for my clients, whoever they may be.
Being a personal shopper in Manchester means that I have to efficiently get around the city within a few hours to ensure my clients get everything they need (and see everything I think they need), so I usually start off at good old Kendals on Deansgate – a great mix of brands and price ranges for all sorts of different clients. Bastyan, Michael Kors and Day by Malene Birger are a few of my favourites on the 2nd floor for those looking to spend a little more on some great capsule pieces. Biba on the 1st floor is also great for that glamorous 70s vibe. Also a great choice of shoes and bags for those who need to be accessorised!
Then wandering up King Street for those who need some work updates at Jaeger, Planet and Hobbs with a quick shoot in to Phase Eight for a nice selection of casual knitwear layering pieces.
Then meandering on up King Street to the beautiful Whistles store and chucking a left to mosy on down to fabulous treasure trove that is Hervia Bazaar in Spring Gardens. After here, we’re at Market Street with access to all the high street stores like Mango and Urban Outfitters and then just a stone’s throw away from The Arndale with TopShop, River Island, Dune, Coast, Oasis and Warehouse.
